E-commerce data and analytics expert Rahim Gezer joins XPLN

Experienced industry expert Rahim Gezer is a new addition to our team at XPLN, where he serves as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

An experienced expert in e-commerce and data analysis has joined XPLN. Rahim Gezer joins our management team as Vice President Sales and Business Development and is responsible for sales and the strengthening and expansion of our areas of expertise.

For more than six years, Rahim Gezer most recently worked in the same role for Aimondo, a competitor in the collection and analysis of price and competitive data in e-commerce. He understands the challenges and needs of large brands and retailers in terms of digital shelf analytics and pricing, from creating market transparency, price monitoring and dynamic pricing, brand protection, competitive analysis and assortment optimization to other areas of market intelligence such as product trend and customer review analysis. He now brings his years of experience in helping clients grow their e-commerce businesses and strengthen their competitive position with the help of market data and analytics to serving our customers.

Previously, Rahim has gained many years of experience in Customer Success and Key Account Management. At Zoro.com, an online pure player for industrial equipment and business supplies, he was responsible for customer service and inside sales. At Wunderman, a global marketing communications agency, he previously managed many major clients in the FMCG sector.

This change of perspective between service and online retail helps him to best understand the individual requirements of our customers in online sales and their challenges and needs to provide suitable solutions.

With his experience, Rahim fits seamlessly into our team at XPLN. He will drive the further development of our sales and customer focus to ensure the best possible service to our customers and strengthen our SaaS+ approach. On starting at XPLN, Rahim Gezer said:
